Are you using multiple operators that are producing cards in your organisation and managing all the local computer licenses are costing you a lot of time, or do you need to manage all your different card layouts, database connections, etc. from different locations? Or are you using Terminal Server applications like Citrix inside of your organisation. ExchangeIt offers a perfect solution with the CardExchange® Small Business Server Editions!

With the Small Business Server Editions from CardExchange® you can centralize your licenses and data. That means that you install the CardExchange® License Manager on a central location in your organization. Also the data of CardExchange® is placed central in your organisation for example, a Shared Server that can be reached by all computers that will contain the CardExchange® application. The License Manager manages the licenses available.

How it works? For example, just install CardExchange® on any computer in your organization, which means that the application can be a part of your re-image policy. If you have installed an SBS version with 10 client licenses, everytime you start up CardExchange® SBS Client will request a license from the License Manager on the server. You can now have 10 CardExchange® clients running at the same time. When you start up computer number 11, the License Manager will inform the user that there are no licenses available anymore. When one of the CardExchange® SBS Clients closes the application, another computer can startup CardExchange® and work with the application.

The CardExchange® Small Business Edition is based on a package containing five clients and the License Manager. Every package can be easilly upgraded with extra Client packages which contains five extra Clients per package. For large organizations we also offer the Enterprise Edition. This edition contains 100 Clients and will cover most of the needs inside your organization.

CardExchange® Small Business combines 3 different products. A Client application, a Dispatcher application, and a Print Server. In most cases the client application is being used when only centralized license and data management is needed. The client application is offered in 3 standard editions, as a Premium Edition with MS Access connections, as a Professional Edition, with powerful database connectivity, and as the full blown version, the Ultimate Edition.

In combination with the Dispatcher and Print Server applications you have all the tools in hand to setup your system and manage your card production. CardExchange® Small Business Server is not supported for Entry editions of CardExchange®. Besides of the editions, we offer additional functionality by means of our available Add On's.

With CardExchange® Small Business Server, you can fully control your print proces. If you want to setup a print farm that errors out mechanical problems and hold your card production, the Small Business Server  product is the right choice to do the job... In combination with the Dispatcher you are able to have all you print jobs distributed over all availble printers and to make sure your print jobs are done in time!

Already using our CardExchange® product and interested in using the Small Business Server version? No problem because all our products can be simply upgraded to the product that you need, you just only pay for the extra functonality. You do not even have to reconfigure anything!
